CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Conceptual Design is a service that offers a customer an individual project in a form of photorealistic visualization. A customer decides on self-realization of the project without any detailed drawings, relying on given materials.

Conceptual Design includes:

• investor’s interview- understanding the project needs,
•  cataloguing the rooms included in the project and general local vision,
• conceptual project in 1:50 scale including funtional and spacious layout,
• photorealistic visualization of interior design that defines accurately the idea of the project, its colours, material selection and other elements used in the interior design.

The visualizations are initially introduced in two arrangement options that enable You to evaluate, consult with an architect and introduce possible changes. Based on this, the third and final version is created, meeting customer’s expectations.
